1 Definitions

4 Account Registration & Verification

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 789q account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identifying information, is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 789q login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 789q will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your 789q account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on 789q are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on 789q, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets:

• Finality of Results: All game outcomes and sports betting results are final once the relevant round, hand, or event concludes. 789q does not accept requests to void or reverse completed game rounds except in cases of demonstrable technical error.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 789q platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, marketing materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of 789q or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any 789q content without prior written consent.

The 789q name, logo, and branding are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, promotional material, or third-party websites — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
